Rollover Votes!

Okay-here's my new idea for a constitutional amendment.
Make it so you can either vote this year, OR you can PASS your vote. Then you rollover your vote to 2012—and vote twice for Sarah Palin or Bobby Jindal or Mitt Romney or whoever you want. If there's no one you like in 2012-roll it over again! Then you have 3 votes in 2016! The world is saved!
(Yes, this idea came to me during last night's debate.)
